Therapeutic Services

I work with youth ages 10 to 14 and specialize in the exploration of self (specifically in gender and sexuality), creation of autonomy, and identification and achievement of goals. I believe deeply in the healing power of connection and, especially for adolescents, in the magnitude of feeling seen and heard.

I come to my therapeutic practice with a relational and solution-focused lens. I believe that every child has within themself everything they need to be successful and to feel good; it is my job to help them find it.

I meet with clients in my cozy space in downtown Montpelier, outside on walks or sitting in the shade, or online, when needed. My goal is to offer a therapeutic alliance with adolescents that meets them where they are and takes them where they want to go.

I am committed to supporting caregivers in appreciating and connecting with their child.

My Practice

I believe in the right to accessible health care for all. As such, I offer a sliding scale for those who will not be using insurance. I ask that each person in this position look at the “green bottle” graphic below to assist in deciding how much you are able to invest in your child’s therapeutic journey.

A sliding scale is used to encourage people to access and pay for a service according to their available resources. Those with greater financial resources contribute more, allowing those with fewer financial resources to pay according to their means. This creates sustainability for my business and accessibility for all clients.

Tier 3: $150 or above
Tier 2: $100-$150
Tier 1: $75-$100
